Teacher Writing Freebies!

One of the best parts of being an author is sharing the writing process with my kiddos in class.  Here are several of the templates that I use in class with my own students.

Student Mini Books

     Your students will love taking their first steps as authors as they brainstorm, write and publish their own Mini Books.  These are perfect for students who are new to writing.  Each page contains five lines for writing, space for a picture and an area for the page number.

Student Medie Books

     As your students grow as writers you will find that they "outgrow" the Mini Book.  This is when it is time to move on to the Medie Book.  The Medie Book includes pages that have space for illustrations and pages that are completely lined.  These books are perfect for longer stories and those with multiple characters and dialogue.
